While what you say has a major effect on your world, its really all about actions. Its about being able to be a man or woman of your world and do what you say youre going to do.

Simply put, if you want to change your life, guess what you have to do? Change your actions.

Im going to give you an incredible tip in a moment that has worked for me time and time again when I felt "stuck" in a situation. But first, before I do that, I want to return back to this concept of actions speaking louder than words.

It goes further than just being able to follow through with what you say you are going to do. Its what actually doing it says about YOU.

And what does it say? I am a person of integrity. When I give you my word, you can assume its as good as done already.

When you get to the place where your actions and your words truly line up, thats when things drastically start to shift.

So if you tell yourself or another that youre going to do something, make sure you do it. Washing the dishes, cleaning your room, finishing a presentation, making a sales call...whatever it may be.
